May 19, 2010. Boring.
As mentioned yesterday, I ate dinner at my sister’s last night so had no leftovers to bring this morning. I just threw together some random items in my fridge before leaving for work to avoid spending money. All I can say is I hope you are reading this blog, Dad.
WHAT: Cucumber, corn, peppers, and artichoke hearts salad with corn tortillas.
ENJOYEMENT SCALE: Today’s lunch gets a 6. All good ingredients but I was craving something more exciting on this dreary Wednesday. Thinking I will have to make up for this lunch by going to an exciting dinner in Brooklyn tonight.
