May 17, 2010. Aunt Chun=Aunt No Fun
I was too busy traversing this great city on my new bike this weekend to do any shopping or cooking. As a result, I was forced to bring the “in case of emergency” udon bowl that has been sitting in my pantry since I moved in nearly 8 months ago.
WHAT: Aunt Chun’s miso udon noodle bowl with overly complicated heat up instructions.
ENJOYEMENT SCALE: Today’s lunch gets a 2.5, and unfortunately the taste won’t leave me. I should have known what was to come from the packet of dried tofu and veggies not even fit for an astronaut.
