 HELLO LUNCHTIME LIVING!!  Rachel here.

First, and maybe last, time blogger on lunchtime living.  I tend to be very consistent in my lunch choices, aka I eat the same thing every day, so I don’t think you’ll find my entries entertaining.  I’ll give it a shot though, and maybe you’ll convince me to switch up my lunch choices every now and then.

WHAT:  Uncle Moe’s (19th between 5th and 6th) chopped salad.  It’s a delicious blend of chopped romaine lettuce, chopped vegetables, tortilla strips, Mexican cheese and a tangy dressing.  The guys there know me so well that they begin making it for me before I even have both feet in the door.   I accompanied the salad with a Diet Peach Snapple (which was perfectly chilled – as a Snapple must be to fully enjoy) and tons and tons of work emails, all of which were all enjoyed at my desk (not the emails).

ENJOYMENT SCALE: Today’s lunch gets an 8.0.  My Uncle Moe never disappoints, but I could’ve used more time away from my desk (Uncle Moe’s is just one short block away from my office).

See you soon Lunchtime living.
