so i got this crazy idea of wanting to do a cleanse. i chose the famous ny blueprint cleanse and felt bold enough to choose the Level 2 which means i have to drink 3 of these green juices a day. and trust me im a burger and fries kind of gal.

so the ingredients of this juice:romaine, celery, cucumber, green apple, spinach, kale, parsley, lemon

anyways, for the enjoyment scale id have to give it a 1.5. its awful. and i miss chewing food.
